Pasardana.id - Wilton Resources Holding Pte. Ltd selaku Pemegang Saham Pengendali PT Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk (IDX: SQMI) telah melakukan transaksi Penjualan sebanyak 750.000.000 lembar saham atau sebesar 4,83% SQMI diharga Rp20 per lembar saham pada tanggal 06 Februari 2025.

“Tujuan transaksi untuk Collateral Agreement dengan Status Kepemilikan Saham secara langsung,” sebut Mohammad Noor Syahriel selaku Corporate Secretary SQMI dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Kamis (13/2).

Pasca transaksi Penjualan, maka kepemilikan saham Wilton Resources Holding Pte. Ltd di SQMI menjadi sebanyak 9.017.712.719 lembar saham atau setara 58,04% dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 9.767.712.719 lembar saham atau setara 62,87%.
