Provindent Investasi Bersama Tambah Obligasi dan Sukuk di BEI jadi Rp15,24 Triliun

Pasardana.id - Emisi obligasi dan sukuk di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), kian bertambah.

Hingga hari ini (Jumat, 14/2/2025), total nilainya Rp15,24 triliun.

Menurut keterangan BEI, jumlah itu merupakan catatan 13 emisi dari 11 emiten.

Terbaru, BEI mencatatkan Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Tahap IV Tahun 2025 yang diterbitkan oleh PT Provident Investasi Bersama Tbk (IDX: PALM).

Obligasi Provident tersebut bernilai Rp612,2 miliar.

Secara rinci, perseroan membagi obligasi tersebut menjadi dua seri. Di antaranya, seri A Rp353,53 miliar.

Obligasi seri A Provident menawarkan tingkat bunga 8,25% dengan jangka Waktu 367 hari sejak tanggal emisi.

Kemudian ada seri B Rp258,67 miliar. Untuk seri yang ini, tingkat bunganya 9,75% per tahun dan punya jangka waktu 3 tahun sejak tanggal emisi.

Adapun hasil pemeringkatan dari PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia untuk Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Provident Investasi Bersama Tahap IV Tahun 2025 adalah idA (Single A) dengan Wali Amanat PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (IDX: BBRI).
