Penuhi Ketentuan Free Float, PT Infiniti Wahana Kurangi Porsi kepemilikan Sahamnya di SAFE

Pasardana.id - PT Infiniti Wahana selaku pemegang saham dengan kategori Termasuk >5% PT Steady Safe Tbk (IDX: SAFE) telah melakukan transaksi Penjualan sebanyak 7.300.000 lembar saham atau sebesar 1,19% diharga Rp228 per lembar saham pada tanggal 03 Februari 2025.

“Tujuan transaksi untuk Pemenuhan Free Float dengan Status Kepemilikan Saham secara langsung,” sebut Efris Indria Y.A selaku Corporate Secretary SAFE dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (14/2).

Pasca transaksi Penjualan, maka kepemilikan saham PT Infiniti Wahana di SAFE menjadi sebanyak 260.723.513 lembar saham atau setara 42,38% dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 268.023.513 lembar saham atau setara 43,57%.
