Pasardana.id - PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk (IDX: SGRO) menyampaikan Pemberitahuan perihal Perubahan Nama Pemegang Saham Pengendali Perseroan.

“Twinwood Family Holdings SFO Limited sebagai Pemegang Saham Pengendali PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk telah berubah nama menjadi Twinwood Family Holdings Limited terhitung sejak tanggal 24 Januari 2025. Perubahan nama tersebut tidak menyebabkan perubahan pengendalian pada PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk,” tulis Eris Ariaman selaku Corporate Secretary SGRO dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (14/2).

Selanjutnya disampaikan, dengan adanya perubahan nama ini, tidak ada dampak dalam kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk.
