Status PKPU Waskita Karya (WSKT) Resmi Dicabut
IDXChannel - Pengadilan resmi menetapkan pencabutan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT).
Putusan tersebut ditetapkan pada 17 Februari 2025 melalui e-court. Di mana menyatakan bahwa mengabulkan permohonan pencabutan PKPU oleh kuasa pemohon tertanggal 13 Februari 2025.
Upaya Waskita Karya (WSKT) Keluar dari Jerat Suspensi, Begini Progresnya"Menyatakan permohonan PKPU dengan register Nomor 376/Pdt.sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst, dicabut," tulis putusan Pengadilan Niaga Jakarta Pusat yang termuat di keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (18/2/2025).
Selanjutnya, memerintahkan Panitera Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat untuk mencoret perkara permohonan PKPU No. 376/Pdt.sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst, dari dalam buku register perkara yang bersangkutan.
