Indeks Nikkei Merosot 1,24 Persen

Indeks Nikkei 225 di Bursa Efek Tokyo, Jepang, merosot 486,57 poin, atau sekitar 1,24 persen, pada Kamis (20/2/2025), menjadi 38.678,04. Indeks Topix merosot 1,18 persen menjadi 2.734,6. 

Seperti dilansir AFP, indeks Nikkei merosot dipicu penguatan nilai tukar yen dan kekhawatiran para investor terhadap tarif baru yang ditetap pemerintah Amerika Serikat terhadap produk otomotif, semikonduktor, dan farmasi impor. 

Saham perusahaan ban Yokohama Rubber memimpin pelemahan hari ini dengan terjun 6,2 persen. Saham perusahaan otomotif Hino Motors dan Subaru masing-masing anjlok 5,68 persen dan 4,13 persen. 

Saham perusahaan ritel JFront Retailing dan perusahaan e-commerce Rakuten Group masing-masing merosot 4,06 persen dan 3,87 persen. Saham perusahaan semikonduktor Screen Holdings dan Tokyo Electron masing-masing turun 3,25 persen dan 3,13 persen. 

Nilai tukar dolar AS melemah 0,4 persen terhadap yen menjadi 151,495 yen per dolar AS.
