Komut dan Wadirut Sarana Menara (TOWR) Kompak Mundur
IDXChannel - PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) mengumumkan pengunduran diri dua petingginya di jajaran Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi Perseroan.
Keduanya adalah Komisaris Utama (Komut) Perseroan, Tonny Kusnadi dan Stephen Duffus Weiss selaku Wakil Direktur Utama (Wadirut) yang mengajukan resign pada 21 Februari 2025.
Emiten Grup Djarum (TOWR) Akuisisi 40 Persen Saham Remala Abadi (DATA)"Pada 21 Februari 2025, perseroan telah menerima surat pengunduran diri dari Bapak Tonny Kusnadi selaku Komisaris Utama Perseroan dan Bapak Stephen Duffus Weiss selaku Wakil Direktur Utama Perseroan," kata Sekretaris Perusahaan TOWR, Monalisa Irawan dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Minggu (23/2/2025).
"Bapak Stephen Duffus Weiss selanjutnya akan menjabat sebagai advisor SMN Grup," ujarnya.
