Hapsoro Tambah Porsi Kepemilikan Sahamnya di MINA

Pasardana.id - Hapsoro selaku pemegang saham dengan Kategori Termasuk >5% PT Sanurhasta Mitra Tbk (IDX: MINA) telah melakukan transaksi Pembelian sebanyak 837.406 lembar saham atau setara 0,012% MINA diharga Rp 25 per lembar saham pada tanggal 10 Februari 2025.

“Tujuan transaksi untuk Pelaksanaan TO dengan Status Kepemilikan Saham secara langsung,” tulis Gunawan Angkawibawa selaku Direktur MINA dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI (KOREKSI), Senin (24/2).

Pasca transaksi Pembelian, maka kepemilikan saham Hapsoro di MINA menjadi sebanyak 329.983.106 lembar saham atau setara 5,03% dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 329.145.700 lembar saham atau setara 5,015%.
