普京：应实现稀土产品产量倍增，愿同包括美国在内的伙伴合作
当地时间24日，俄罗斯总统普京主持召开了稀土行业发展会议。
他表示，发展稀土行业是提升俄罗斯在国际市场的竞争力以及发展最重要经济行业的必要条件，应该实现稀土产品产量的倍增。在2030年之前，俄罗斯应打造加工稀土资源的全产业链条，这是发展经济与国防工业所必需的。
普京还指出，俄罗斯的稀土储量多于乌克兰，俄方愿同相关伙伴开展合作，其中包括同美国的合作。他特别强调，美国与乌克兰可能达成的矿产资源协议与俄方无关。
