IFSH Informasikan Dana Hasil Penawaran Umum Tersisa Rp50.87 Miliar

Pasardana.id - PT Ifishdeco Tbk (IDX: IFSH) menyampaikan Laporan Penggunaan Dana Hasil Penawaran Umum per 30 Juni 2024.

“Dana Hasil Penawaran Umum Perseroan saat ini sudah terealisasi sebesar Rp131.005.683. 998. Sehingga yang tersisa sebesar Rp50.874.996.712, yang di simpan dalam bentuk deposito Bank Mandiri dengan Tingkat Bunga 2%” tulis Rivka Rotua Natasya selaku Corporate Secretary IFSH dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (25/2).

Diketahui, perseroan meraih Dana Penawaran Umum sebesar Rp187 miliar, yang setelah dipotong biaya-biaya pencatatan, mencatatkan hasil Realisasi Bersih sebesar Rp181.880.680.710.

Adapun Perseroan telah merealisasikan dana tersebut sesuai Rencana Penggunaan Dana menurut Prospektus, dengan perincian; untuk Akuisisi IUP sebesar Rp136.410.510.533 (75%) dan untuk Modal Kerja sebesar Rp45.470.170.178 (25%).
