Tambah Satu Direksi Lagi Borong Saham BCA (BBCA) Jelang RUPS
IDXChannel - Ramai-ramai direksi PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) menyerok saham perseroan jelang Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) pada 12 Maret mendatang.
Setelah Presiden Direktur Jahja Setiaatmadja, dan Direktur Santoso, kini giliran Direktur Perseroan lainnya, yakni John Kosasih yang membeli saham BBCA pada 25 Februari 2025.
Selain Ganti Dirut, BCA (BBCA) Juga Bakal Bagi DividenJohn tercatat membungkus 45 ribu saham BBCA dengan harga Rp8.875 per saham. Harga transaksi tersebut di bawah harga pembelian Jahja dan Santoso yang sebesar Rp8.900 per saham.
Dengan demikian, John Kosasih menggelontorkan dana sebesar Rp399,37 juta untuk pembelian saham tersebut.
