IDXChannel - PT MSIG Life Insurance Indonesia Tbk (LIFE) mengumumkan pengunduran diri Wakil Presiden Direktur Perseroan, Satoshi Shiratani.
Chief Compliance, Legal & Corporate Secretary LIFE, Renova Siregar mengatakan, Satoshi Shiratani selaku Wakil Presiden Direktur telah menyelesaikan masa bakti di perusahaan sebagai bagian dari rotasi direksi reguler dari grup.

Renova menuturkan, pengunduran diri tersebut telah diajukan dan disetujui oleh Dewan Komisaris Perseroan pada 3 Maret 2025. Pengunduran diri tersebut akan efektif pada saat disetujui oleh pemegang saham melalui Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) terdekat.
