黄金 黄金正如今日的预期，欧洲时段金价回调到1269位置获得支撑，价格再次向上拉升。目前报价1272美元/盎司。已经参与黄金多头的，继续持有。技术面，黄金4小时图前一根K线收十字星，MACD快慢线在零轴下方金叉向上；预示金价有向上的动能。小时图，价格受到40日均线的支撑后，连续三根阳线向上；MACD在快慢线在零轴上方运行。目前已经没有合适的位置参与多头，已经参与多头者继续持有，未参与者等待美盘机会。
原油 原油欧洲时间继续维持高位区间震荡。整体来看，原油在大涨之后，目前依然处于强势之中，但是价格在54.2一点有压力，欧盘上冲未能上破上周五的高点后在回落，下探53.75获得支撑后再次反弹到54一线。目前来看，原油在大涨之后的调整仍然没结束，小时价格震荡走高，MACD在零轴上方死叉向下，能量持续放量，预示价格还有进一步调整的空间，晚盘等待价格回调结束后参与多头。
美盘策略：53.4区域做多，止损52.9，目标54.2,54.5
