$XAU/USD$ 12.19黄金、原油早评分析及操作建议：
黄金技术分析：
目前黄金从日线看，上周五日线上金价冲高受阻于1260-1262一线重要阻力，令反弹动能有所减弱，最终受阻回落，收带有长上影的阳线。由于1299一线以来的下行趋势线阻力依然完好，MACD死叉信号仍在，如果失守5日均线1250附近支撑，将增加下行风险。但是目前金价依旧运行1250一线上方，短线上仍不能排除金价继续反弹的可能。从4小时来看，黄金在头肩底形态短期筑底之后，加息行情支撑金价暴涨让形态完全走出，随后黄金变持稳1250一线走震荡调整。上周四一度回撤确认支撑，上周五便延续涨势，虽然最终回落，但是预计后市还会继续上行测试1265一线的阻力。综合来看，目标黄金还是多头强势，操作上回落支撑处做多即可，今日关注上方1265一线的阻力，下方关注1253一线的支撑，日内操作上建议低多为主。
操作建议：1# 1263一线可轻仓短空，止损1266.5 目标1258.
2# 1256操作多单 止损1252.5，目标1260-1262.
