尾盘盘解：黄金的话目前来说在早盘的回踩后一直就是1315上下震荡，如此走势确实不敢做空不过目前的情况下美盘数据出现利空，认为黄金多单有必要严格止损在1312位置，跌破那么1320就是非农之前的高点了，下方继续回踩看支撑就是1305-08附近位置，目前建议还是持有多单严格止损的好，毕竟最近后半夜慢涨的走势经常出现。美原油昨日就说了区间内震荡先看涨测试60.00关口不跌破就看涨，最近原油波动不大测试到60.00附近震荡上涨目前测试61附近，现在就不要追多了关注下阻力61.30-50位置，也是2015年来的压力位置。预计也是不会突破的点位。
