美盘：黄金白盘波动不大，一直是在测试在1320-21附近的支撑所在，鉴于美联储加息的预期影响还有美元反抽，继续看空黄金的思路，建议做空损日内高点即可，跌破1320还有到1313-15附近的机会，美原油今日早盘就测试到60.80附近也是提出的支撑开始上涨，目前61.5震荡，还是看涨的思路，不过目前木有机会进场等待晚间的EIA数据后在做打算， 不跌破60.60-80还有上涨机会,阻力关注62.00-63.00位置.
