上周五油价大幅拉升，最高触及69一线，日线录得一个实体大阳，突破MA60均线阻力，直接企稳MA10均线，日线上看，在上周五拉升之后，日线级别成功形成了双底的底部形态，并且直接突破颈线67一线阻力，MACD快慢线零轴下方呈金叉运行，红色能量柱持续放量，原油仍有进一步反弹上行的动能。
四小时线上，在上周收取连续三条阳柱后，虽然昨晚出现回调，但原油价格还是站上68美元，布林带上轨线开口向上运行，均线向上成做多头排列，MACD快慢线金叉后上穿0轴，红色动能柱增幅减缓，表明有所回调，回落是为了蓄力上行。综合来看，因欧佩克会议增产不及预期的影响，在加上部分产油国产能下降，原油依旧看好多头，操作上霄天建议高空低多，上方关注70高空的阻力，下方关注67的支撑。综上所述：
1、上方在68.9附近做空，止损0.4美元，目标看68.1附近；
2、下方在67.9附近做多，止损0.4美元，目标看68.7附近；
