日本央行再度展开固定利率债券购买操作，主要是以此应对10年期政府债券收益率显著上扬并超过其目标0%的风险，这一举动也是为了消除对日本央行希望指引收益率走高的猜测，并阻止日元继续走强。当前市场显然已经得悉这一信号，并将保持克制，不会测试周二日本央行的决心。目前不能排除日本央行在周二不采取任何行动的可能性，一旦如此，日本政府债券收益率将会急跌。考虑到这一风险，投资者也将无法进一步推高日本政府债券收益率。
