原油消息面：
1、API报告显示，美国至12月28日当周API原油库存录得减少450万桶，预期为减少233.3万桶；库欣库存、汽油库存、精炼油库存大增，油价因此回吐部分涨幅。
2、机构调查的数据显示，欧佩克12月原油产量减少46万桶/日至3268万桶/日，出现近两年最大降幅。其中，沙特、阿联酋和利比亚原油产出降幅最大，伊拉克和科威特原油产出增幅最大。
3、多国石油出口受到恶劣天气影响。利比亚石油出口因天气恶劣而暂停，此前利比亚已关闭了国内最大的油田沙拉拉油田以及多个港口，即使重启生产，也将遭受总共1.1万桶/日的损失。意大利产量20万桶/日的米拉佐炼油厂也关闭了两个原油装置中的一个，科威特也因天气恶劣暂停港口运营。
