基本面分析：美元指数自12月中以来已经跌约2.2%，反映出投资者的谨慎态度。因预期美国以及全球经济增长减缓将限制美联储2019年加息。市场目前预期美联储2019年不会进一步升息。但要想美元大幅走软，市场现在必须期待降息，我认为这不会发生。”
