治大国如烹小鲜，语出老子《道德经》，寓意“烹小鲜者，不可挠，治大国者不可烦，烦则伤人，挠则鱼烂矣”；
带子女若养花植，没有正式出处，因袭百姓坊间一说“养儿如养花”与前句治大国对仗而来。
养花植，也不可烦、挠，烦之挠之则花植也必衰微不活。
两句话，四件事都体现了一个理：
