$XAU/USD$ : 上周五金价如期回踩1307上升至1315，非常精彩！因为老美经济衰退，美联储给加息踩刹车，所以目前市场一致是看好黄金上涨，作为一名市场老鸟，早过了那个听风就是雨的阶段，咱们须理性对待！事实上，金价从止跌到最高点涨幅高达200点，行情不会说谎，所谓利好，行情早已体现，我们去年九月金价1195附近提出《黄金抄底计划》，先知先觉吃肉，后知后觉割肉，现在价位不应盲目看多，可能会有一波较大幅度的回调。今天可以试探性高空为主。参考压力1317-1319，目标1309；1304，注意风控。
$WTI$ : 油价上周五比我预想的更为弱势，今日先逢低做多对待，支撑58.1-57.8，目标58.9；59.3，注意风控。
