优秀的外汇交易者在获利的时候不会过度骄傲，亏损时也不会过度沮丧，他们知道获利是因为自己严格遵守交易系统的成果，亏损也只是市场的正常现象，他们不太关注一两天的获利亏损，只会在事后用概率来衡量自己交易的好坏。平庸的交易者获利时就觉得自己的技术可以轻易战胜市场，于是更加频繁的交易，亏损时则过度悲观，丧失对技术的信心而另寻其他技术。
