昨天我们的粉丝在我的微博告诉我，某大神一天就爆仓了，带着一群人给市场送钱，其实这也都是意料中或者是必然的事，马云说过，阿里巴巴今天的成功，不是过去做对了多少事，而是犯了多少错，并且能从错误中获取教训并成长起来，我也曾给过社区提过建议，我觉得跟单的人能力太差，想要社区真正的能带人赚钱，三方面必须提高
1.交易员的质量，我觉得新帐户，不足三个月的，至少不能让人跟随，这是对跟单者不负责任的表现
2.跟单朋友能力的提升，非常有必要搞些培训，并且考试合格后才有资格跟单，否则都是一堆亏货加小白，来给市场送钱，你不心痛，我都心痛
3.社区推荐的平台的交易成本需要降低，羊毛出在羊身上，至少要合理，不要高得离谱
当然我也是尽力了，发过了很多讲跟单，讲心态，讲风控的文章，但多数人是急功近利，或者自认为他才是正确的，这些听不听，看不看是你的事，但我必须说，我们的客户，无一亏损，但社区中却大把人巨亏，爆仓，是什么原因，值得你们大家一起反思
