昨天早盘黄金自区间顶部开始下跌，我是在区间中部入场的空单，虽然最终结果正确，但是这个入场位置不算好。因为最近黄金原油的走势一直相反，所以入了黄金空单后，就入了原油多单，也算是在区间底部做多。
黄金很快就跌到了区间底部支撑位，平仓之后是否做多是犹豫的，看到股市开始下跌后，才入了多单。入多黄金的同时，平掉了原油多单，这个动作现在看来是昨天最大的失误，不然原油多单的利润肯定可以拿到不少。
后续黄金和标普都是使用移动止损的方式，黄金的出场位置还可以，不奢求拿到所有的利润。标普的有些遗憾，止损没有设置好，导致出场过早。
原油在区间顶部的空单失败了，现在原油还是没有方向，如果重新开启一段区间震荡，单子会更难做。
