外汇交易灵活性的特点就是因为其为T+0交易模式，如果是国内股票投资者转入外汇交易投资或者是直接新进的投资小白，外汇交易的灵活性特征没有适当的去使用，就会以为外汇交易就应该是频繁交易为主，从而形成一个频繁交易的习惯。然而频繁交易地操作模式，对于个人交易者不论是生理还是心理都会有很多弊端。通常来说，频繁交易会使得交易者长期处于神经紧绷的状态，对身体健康是有害的；同时，精神紧绷状态会影响到交易情绪，很多投资者在交易过程当中会因为过度频繁交易而使得自己无法看清市场的走势，从而造成亏损。当然，有专业的高频交易策略的交易者除外。
