后来者一听一望，传闻没错，那里真的有条路。
市场有风险，言论更致命。
言论能够改变甚至创造局势。
总有因恐慌而选择抱腿的普罗大众。
于是80%的民众真的造就出一个局面。
运筹者有句台词叫做“放消息出去”。
然后闭目静待指路人回复“boss，路造完了”
世上本没有人能预言未来，信的人多了，便成了“未来”。利用这一点，运筹者才能运筹未来。
