黄金方面，日线报收一根带下影线阴十字星K线。支撑压力位高空低多，隔日横盘一天之后往上拉升，那么就是逢低做多，坚决做多，蓄力上涨还有新高，1420是多空分界线，上破后压力变支撑，短线压力位1420，支撑位1408，早盘1408以上逢低做多早盘高开高走，回调1410附近做多上去，突破加仓做多，上看1432，1432附近短空,1432只能压制一下，短空可行，后面要看具体走势，高位窄幅横盘肯定还有新高。
操作上1410附近做多，止损1396，目标1420/1425
原油方面，日线报收一根带上影线实体中阴K线。短周期原油今日整体思路继续看震荡回落，上方压力关注60.0，下方进一步看58.5。
操作上60.0做空，破60.5止损，目标59.0-58.50。到位支撑有效，可短多一次。
