黄金方面，日线报收一根实体较大阴K线。日线级别显示任何反弹坚决做空，短线而言上方关注压力位1434，下方关注支撑位1414，早盘1434-1414高空低多，早盘平开低走，反弹1434以下逢高空，操作上1432附近做空下去，弱势继续下跌，回调1414附近做多，今日多空都有机会，区间不破高空低多，不破不立，破位顺势即可！
原油方面，周线报收一根实体中阴K线，从周线上看偏空运行，上周五短空筑底上涨，那么今日操作上以震荡弱势对待，短线上方关注56.4，下方关注55.2一线支撑，若突破56.40加仓做多，上看58，58附近趋势线再做空.，若行情直接弱势破位55.2，那么还会有新低出现，操作上55.2附近多先看56.4，破位上方58，到位布局空；弱势直接破位55.2，追空看新低即可。
