澳洲联邦银行（CBA）：美联储7月料将降息25个基点 今年还将再降息两次
在美联储FOMC7月底召开会议之前，预计美元仍将保持疲软态势。澳洲联邦银行（CBA）预计美联储将成为2019年采取降息行动的第10家主要央行。掉期市场预计美联储下周降息25个基点的可能性为100%，降息50个基点的可能性为18.5%。该行补充称，美国经济目前并不迫切需要大幅降息50个基点，预计今年9月和12月还将分别再降息25个基点，并在2020年3月进行最后一次25个基点的降息。
荷兰合作银行：近期油价下跌趋势或将逆转
近期油价下跌是对误导性消息的下意识反应，是由整体因素推动的，随着市场基本面趋紧变得更加明显以及时间的推移，预计跌势将会得到逆转。展望未来，我们仍然偏向于认为油价在今年下半年将上涨。我们的基本预期是，布油价格在第三季度稳定在75美元/桶左右，WTI原油稳定在70美元/桶左右。
