以上的各种级别递归和组合的关系，其实就是波浪理论的贡献与精华。
从图中可以看到，不同级别的走势，代表不同的上涨/下跌空间。一般情况下，大级别的走势，其空间和时间比小级别的要大。比如日线级别的波动率也许是1%-2%，而月线级别的波动率可达到10%-20%。
这就是级别决定敞口的现实理由。
因此在分析走势的时候，一定要明确走势和买卖点的级别，因为当下的走势/买卖点的级别直接决定了计划中的敞口大小。
