摩根大通：无协议脱欧风险消除或推高英镑兑美元至1.3
摩根大通全球外汇策略师Daniel Hui表示，若英国确定不会陷入无协议脱欧的情形，英镑兑美元应该会反弹至1.30。但是，即使谈判达成退出协议，也将使英国经济遭受摩擦和干扰，这应该会限制英镑进一步走强。由于未来政治进程缺乏透明度，目前不倾向于完全做多英镑。但一个更加利好英镑的情形是，议会附加确认公投作为批准条件之一。这将重燃很大程度上已经休眠的英国脱欧可能被推翻的希望，并提振英镑兑美元升向1.40。(来自金十数据APP)
