#交易笔记有奖挑战赛# 如果我看小时线的话下单，那么我就一个小时看一次;如果我看四小时线下单的话，那么我就四小时看一次。天天每分每秒的看着盘面找信号，精力有限，感觉特别的累，头昏脑涨的。如果按照这样的计划来看盘，是不是有还有很多时间可以休整了，到了信号出现的那一刻，我是不是有精力可以更专注的分析盘面行情，这样可以减少更多范错的机会，那效果绝对不一样。如果怕忘记了时间可以设置个闹钟。要想办法即要有效率也不能太累着自己，不然等研究成功了，身体却垮了，那就得不偿失了。看看我这办法可行么？
