教你如何辨别优秀交易员。首先对交易员的做单类型进行区分，中线？长线？短线？如果一名交易员，本身擅长做长线的，但在订单中出现高于10％的比例的短线，你就要注意了，亏损往往从改变开始，当然短线做成了中长线，那就更惨了。辨别一个交易员的水平高低，首先研究的他的交易方式，比如有做破位的，破位有机率失败，所以亏损自然难免，着重的是他的止损是不是按有个固定值损。如果没有，那也就危险了。所以投资者应该选择回测小的交易，至少放弃的时候损失不大。
