阿里巴巴计划于周五开始接受认购，11月20日定价
#阿里赴港，腾讯「股王」地位不保？# 据外媒报道，阿里巴巴计划于11月15日开始接受投资者认购，并在11月20日定价，集资最多150亿美元（约1170亿港元），并已将花旗、摩根大通及摩根士丹利加入在港第二香港上市的销售队列，另亦邀请几家中资银行、瑞信及中金为联席保荐人。
消息指，目前最少四家中国国有投资银行已被邀请担任不同角色，包括农银国际、建银国际、工银国际、中银国际。
报道指出，阿里巴巴的代表无法立即发表评论，花旗、摩根大通及摩根士丹利的代表均不予置评，中资银行的代表则未在非工作时间立即回复电邮询问。
