虽然IC卡盘 掉线，服务器宕机，无报价，一气之下全出了小账户，但是有几个朋友订阅了，看了一圈没啥合适的平台，关键社区还支持的，罢了。还是继续用IC吧，赶忙取消出金，修改为出一部分，留一部分，期待IC变好。反正是小账户，现在出了一部分，变成小小账户，或许更合适大家跟随了。最后希望IC变得不 说多好，至少跟之前一样，滑点理解，是正常的。掉线偶尔，不要卡盘、无法连接服务器。毕竟开新户麻烦，还要出金。且其他交易商有不出金，删账户，删客户盈利等等致命缺陷较多。此类行为坚决不可有。
