最近仓位有点重，感觉还是挺淡然的，就是工作时老是记挂着行情走势。
这么多年的交易教训让我明白，像我们这种业余交易员，就不能时刻都盯盘，搞的精神紧张、压力山大，心情随着走势大起大落，难受还赚不到钱，最主要的问题是走势不会因为我们盯盘有任何改变，关键还是要把重心放到生活和工作中，偶尔看看走势，尽量以放松的状态做交易
