合格的操盘手
要想做好一个操盘手，其实不仅仅看的是一个收益率，其实收益率呢，是一个方面，那么最重要的还是风险管理和风险控制，因为风险管理和风险控制啊，如果控制不好一下子回撤很大，那么所有的跟单客户啊都会有异议，他们会心里承受很大的压力，那么甚至说他们会解除协议解除合作，所以说任何一个公司，他们主要的看的是风险控制，和风险管理与及资金回撤。这是对自己负责也是对客户负责。
所以月回撤能控制在10%是比较好的，举例，我是根据行情的大小来合理分配仓位的，像黄金点值大，仓位自然就轻些，像欧美和奥美点值相对小很多，仓们就可以加大，但风险仍然是控制在5%-8%
