操盘学第二原则：强大自我，轻交易
但凡成为行业，就必定带有成长力与制约力，行业发展与行业规范。一个是行业本身，另一个则是行业中操作的人的行为准则。每个行业都有行规，行规必定是经历大量实践经验总结得出的完美实现行业目标的准则。操盘者与市场对抗的过程中，必定有一套正确的应对方式，一套正确的斩杀手册。
操盘学不仅仅包含了你与市场对抗的规范，规范属阴，看得见摸得着，很好执行。而且更为重要的是看不见摸不到的阳性规范，例如上述的第一，二类的操盘原则。阳为功能，为指引，阴是实现阳性功能的工具。因此没有原则上的规范，一切行为准则皆为虚妄，无法执行。
所以并不是任何人看到了流程就能复制，别人能做到自己就能做到，真正传承的是阳性规则。
