【每一个交易日,从晨跑开始】人到中年压力越来越大,身上的毛病也越来越多。尤其像交易员这种长(zhang)在座位的上人,业绩不突出,但腰间盘突出,肚子更突出。每次进办公室,同事先看到的不是脸,而是肚子,那帮家伙也练成了看“肚”识人的本领。
之前也有晨跑的习惯,约上三、五个好友在公园遛几圈,周末的时候再跑个半马,体重一直维持在68公斤左右。不过今年受疫情的影响一直休息了四个月,之前锻炼的成果全部作废,一切又要重新开始。现在再跑个十公里可是真不容易,若是想一个人跑下来的话更是难上加难,中间无数次的放弃的想法在脑海中徘徊,稍微一懈怠这个早晨就算是浪费了
还好,在这些“老”伙伴的帮助恢复的还不错,估计再有两周的时间又能跑马了。话说从开始跑步开始,一次正规的马拉松比赛也没有参加过,是不是有点小失败?#交易笔记挑战赛第6期#
