在外汇市场之中也是如此，从最初进入到这个市场之中到其中第一年、第二年、第三年，每一年自己的内心都有不同的感受，对于外汇市场的认识和体会也越来越多，也只有这样的不断对市场进行思考和总结，这几年来也有所得。
总结几点，常看常新，纯小白笔记，大神一笑了之勿喷：
外汇市场是一个在任意时刻可以交易的自由市场。在任何的一个时间段，在全球总有一个市场是处于开市状态的，也有几十种外汇货币对在不同的时间段存在交易获利的机会，也有很多交易者养成一个时刻盯盘、看盘的习惯，这种习惯让交易者在盯盘的过程中产生交易的冲动，从而进场交易，有时候甚至一天交易数次，不知不觉中自己的仓位越来越大直到持仓数量达到一个危险的程度。过量交易不止会加大你交易的成本，也会让你迷失在为了交易而交易的自我困境中。
