#创作者# 准备10万美金，体验百味交易人生，给自己制定一个小目标一个月翻仓。加油“交易人” #交易策略# 入驻这里没多久，观察了一遍，这里面还是有很多人交易做的非常不错，值得每一位盘手去学习，感悟他们的策略。本人是特许金融CFA分析师，主要以培养操盘手，组建交易团队为主。空闲之余拿出10万美金，在这个平台学习，交些朋友。简单讲讲我的一个观点，评判一个盘手好坏的标准绝对不是他一单赚多少钱。而是看他对风险回撤的理解，利润的处理方式，以及交易策略逻辑性（逻辑非常重要，涵盖盘手的个人交易体系，逻辑甚至可以大过盈亏结果）我认为做交易要策略提前制定好严格执行，同时把控好风险与收益。我个人风险月回撤超过20%的，都不是成熟的交易员盘手，风险回撤，日内浮动回撤都要做好策略。并不是只是技术行情买卖点才做策略。利润永远是日积月累屯里起来的，控制好回撤，基本上很难亏钱。（有一定的技术基础）。做合格的交易人，希望能在这个平台结交很多“操盘手”“投资客”，共同进步成长#交易策略#
