周三(17 日) 联准会(Fed) 宣布利率维持不变且不急于提早升息，促使美债殖利率下滑，恐慌指数VIX 走跌，科技股收敛跌幅，亚马逊领涨标普，那指黑翻红，费半涨逾1%，道琼盘中、收盘皆创历史新高。
美国联准会(Fed) 公布3 月利率会议结果，维持基准利率走廊在0% 至0.25% 区间不变维持每、月购买1,200 亿美元美国公债和不动产抵押贷款证券(MBS)，美国经济前景改善，通膨预期提高，但Fed 暗示2023 年底前都不会升息。针对近期债市动荡，鲍尔称，无须对近月美债殖利率大涨 做出反应。
美国国务卿及白宫国安顾问将于3/18将前往阿拉斯加，与中国会晤。
