【#冒充公检法诈骗套路卷土重来#，警方提示#做笔录必须在公安机关完成#】近日，北京武女士接到一个自称是上海公安局刑侦大队民警的电话，对方说武女士在上海办过一张社保卡，现在涉嫌诈骗国家社保基金16300元，对方还威胁她不要声张，否则会再增加一项所谓的“涉嫌泄露秘密罪”。当时武女士很害怕，对方又跟她说，由于发案地在上海，民警不便上门取证，需要单独和武女士在网上做笔录，并清查武女士的银行卡账户，为她减轻法律追责。随后武女士向警方求助，对方听到民警声音后就将电话挂断了。民警提示，近年来冒充公检法诈骗的案件多发，识别冒充公检法诈骗有一招：做笔录必须在公安机关完成，全程录音、录像、签字、按红手印才叫做笔录，从来没有公安机关通过网上做笔录一说。
