【#昆明公寓第二套半价#：#昆明50万元买两套房#】最近，云南昆明公寓市场引发了不少关注。不少开发商推出了销售优惠活动，打着第二套半价、带学位、可落户等噱头。昆明巫家坝某公寓售楼中心的置业顾问向记者介绍，目前项目在售户型为25至53平方米，均价在每平方11500元左右，“第二套半价”的活动针对的是25平方米的平层公寓。目前，参与“第二套半价”的公寓已经快销售完了，两套房子总价在50万左右。还有一个公寓楼盘推出的促销活动中，除了带学位之外，购房还可以落户，加上其它优惠活动，最低价为每平方米7000多元。为啥促销力度这么大？据了解，昆明目前约有超400万平方米的公寓，按照平均去库存化速度来看，需要花四年多的时间。此外，由于公寓交易额度相对较低，销售相对容易，一些开发商就将写字楼转化为公寓，由此造成市场供货过度集中，库存压力进一步加大。
