【#多国房价再创新高# #多国开启加息模式仍难抵房价上涨#】过去一年多，新冠疫情令全球经济遭受重创，许多国家经济陷入负增长。然而，全球楼市却异常坚挺，欧美多个国家的房价涨幅更是创下数年来之最。进入2021年，房价上涨的热潮继续在更多国家和地区蔓延。全球住宅房地产价格正以近三年来最快的速度上涨。2020年，全球房价平均上涨5.6%，其中，土耳其连续四个季度位居榜首，涨幅高达30.3%；新西兰排名第二，涨幅为18.6%，斯洛伐克排名第三，涨幅为16%，俄罗斯排名第四，涨幅为14%。其中，涨幅超过10%的就有10个国家。全球房价的持续攀升，严重影响了普通民众的生活。截止到日前，全球已经有9个国家开启了加息模式。3月初巴西将基准利率上调至2.75%，俄罗斯则宣布加息25个基点。然而这些措施对于高涨的房价只能是杯水车薪，目前土耳其因为加息过猛，导致里拉汇率大幅下跌，股市触发熔断。
