【合肥楼市新政实施，摇号！限购！#有合肥楼盘为躲摇号关闭售楼部#】本月，安徽合肥市发布了楼市“新政八条”，其中最受关注的政策一是热门二手房的限购；二是热门新楼盘的“摇号+限售”。据了解，合肥新盘销售此前没有摇号政策，对于部分热点楼盘，开发商要求高首付、甚至全款购买的现象较为普遍。此次新政规定，对登记人数与销售套数之比大于1.5的楼盘，均实行摇号销售，同时房企应提供不低于30%的房源用于刚需购房，摇号房源3年限售。据记者走访得知，新政实施后，合肥市没有一家新楼盘开盘，部分开发商为避免摇号，直接关闭售楼部，停止购房者登记。随后，合肥房管局追加出台了网上摇号的规定，目前线上登记系统正在筹备中。
