一觉醒来，我看到我的账户跟随资金从二十多万变成了十来万，特别心疼也痛心，最近几天提醒了不少人改止损的时候就止损，也提醒了跟其他人也跟随我的朋友，尽量别跟随喜欢扛单的人，结果他们还是没听进去，虽然亏的不是我的钱，但我也替他们感到可惜，昨晚我还是像平时一样，到了12点左右准时睡觉，睡觉前清仓，这样不会影响睡眠，更不会因为没有盯盘而错过止盈或者止损的好机会，只要还在市场里，就不要急于一时，身体是革命的本钱，别到头来身体垮了，钱也没了，且行且珍惜！
