克服人性的贪婪，就是尽量弱化恐惧，首先是降低预期，其次是不做超出能力圈的事，最后远离刺激你产生恐惧的刺激源，坚决果断予以物理隔断，所谓断舍离，就一刀两断，不要藕断丝连。
