《国际油价》利多消息提振 原油期货上涨2%
周四欧美原油期货上涨2%;受到飓风艾达的侵袭，墨西哥湾地区仍有150万桶的原油生产设施处于停产状态;加上美国能源信息署（EIA）数据显示，上周原油库存处于2019年10月以来最低水平，推动终场国际油价上涨。
尽管美国期盼石油输出国组织（OPEC）与（OPEC+）加大增产力度，但该组织仍重申将逐步增加40万桶/日的原油产量，以因应未来市场变化、确保政策决定的弹性空间。 其中美国原油涨幅2%，伦敦原油涨幅2%。
美国NYMEX-10月轻质原油期货上涨1.40美元，报每桶69.99美元;10月热燃油涨0.04美元，报每加仑2.17美元;10月RBOB汽油涨0.05美元，报每加仑2.16美元;伦敦ICE-11月布兰特原油期货上涨1.44美元，报每桶73.03美元。
